| When you need a Withdrawal Card |
 You should request a withdrawal card when your employment is interrupted as a result of illness, injury, layoff, leave of absence, termination, etc. To be eligible, your dues must be current through the last month you worked.
It is your responsibility to obtain a withdrawal card if you are not working. Obtaining one may save you the cost of back dues or paying a second initiation fee when you return to work in a union job.
