The Union Advantage

The chart above shows a clear difference between the wages of union members and the wages of non-union members. The difference is in the strength afforded to union members through collective bargaining.
How to Gain the Union Advantage The National Labor Relations Board and the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board give you the right to organize for the purpose of collectively bargaining with your employer for any and all matters that deal with wages, benefits and working conditions.
In order to start this process you must first talk to an experienced organizer to guide you through the system.
